This Monumental Grizzly bear is patinaed in normal bronze color with highlights throughout the piece BUT can be patinaed with light brown back which makes it look like the sun has bleached the hair as seen on a real Grizzly during the summer. This same Grizzly is also completed as an 8 foot high edition of 15 and this Grizz has 2 different sizes of table-sized bronze replicas still available in editions of 50 each. All Dawn's LARGE Bronzes are sculpted in such a way that there is a lot of movement and personality in each piece and the pictures do not do them justice! It is easy to install and we personally deliver, installation ready, to anywhere within the continental US at NO CHARGE. We also will advise as to installation of each piece. This piece was commissioned by Univ of Northern Colorado and the first two pictures show the installation in 2004. The last picture shows the 8ft high version of this Grizz on one of Dawn's 2 trailers. The one dark looking picture shows this Grizz at night just before the sun has gone down...pretty eerie! Only one (1) of these Grizzly bears will be allowed in the same school division/league so as to keep them unique thru out the nation to each school within that league/division!
