Joy Kroeger Beckner's life sized "Sweet Roll" was awarded the Lindsey Morris Memorial Award at the 96th Annual Exhibition of The Allied Artists of America, NY. "Sweet Roll" 1:6 scale, earned earned Best Sculpture/Metal, at the Seaside Art Gallery's 18th International Miniature Art Exhibition, Nags Head, SC. Joy's article, Clay to Collector which was published in the summer 2009 issue of Doxie Digest, was translated into Danish. The article is featured in the Feb 2010 issue of DGK Gravhunden, the Dachshund Club of Denmark magazine.
