The XIV Biennale Internazionale di Scultura of Carrara and the Istituto del marmo "Pietro Tacca" with the collaboration of Statuaria Arte, present a seminary/workshop directed by Grzegorz Kowalski, professor at the Fine Arts Academy of Warsaw, which will take place in Carrara from the 13th to the 18th of September 2010. The course, held in English, will be entitled: Does the sculptor need a camera? Camera as a tool to study time- space. This proposal is aimed at students who are enrolled in the specialization triennial and biennial and those who graduated no more than a year ago from the Fine Arts Academy and those enrolled in graduate courses preferably in the environments of art, architecture, advertising design, from Italian or foreign Post graduate training Institutes (Universities, Academies, ISIA, IED) of which a corresponding valid study certificate is recognised. 12 places will be reserved for students enrolled in the Specialization triennial or biennial or those who graduated no more than one year ago from the Fine Arts Academies, Graduate Courses and Post graduate training Institutes which belong to Tuscany regional territory.
