This bronze and basalt sculpture springs form an incredible found basalt stone that includes creamy white spodumene nodules. The sculpture gestures with a cantilevered spiral around a cylindrical core. The cut and polished areas of the stone contrast with the dry untouched areas to make this a very dramatic piece. The stone was found in a field near Peru, Indiana.
