Hammerhead Apparatus
by Mark Dickson

Description:

Hammerhead Apparatus is one of three pieces that were created for an invitational exhibition at The National High Magnetic Field Laboratory in Tallahassee Fl in 2010. The sculpture is a riff on ancient futurism, the blending of strange technology and the beauty of form. The material is welded aluminum, painted and burnished.
