Bill Vielehr is the most nationally-exhibiting artist to ever come out
of Colorado. He will be participating this summer in the most
significant sculpture exhibit to happen in Chicago in many years. He
is one of 58 sculptors who are putting their work in the parks along
Michigan Avenue for one year during the time that Art Expo Chicago at
Navy Pier and the International Sculpture Center convention take
place. The ISC Conference, which is centered at the Chicago Art
Institute, will tour the exhibit.

Currently Vielehr's piece "Attack on Meaning" is on display in Grand
Junction, Colorado (Art On The Corner); "Reconstructed Column" is in
Lafayette, Colorado (Art on the Streets); "Unconcealed Column" will be
installed in Lake Oswego, Oregon, as part of Gallery Without Walls, a
nationally-juried show, in July; "Metal Response" is the sculpture
that will be exhibited in Chicago.

In addition, Vielehr has pieces currently on display in South San
Francisco, Bozeman (MT), and Wayne State in Wayne, Nebraska.
